The elegant Laborie Chardonnay has upfront litchi, green apple and orange peel aromas, complimented by slight cream and biscuit undertones.
The palate is juicy and intense with flavour hints of shortbread and citrus. The wine is well balanced and vibrant with a zesty and prolonged finish.

60% of the wine was matured for 4 months on French Oak. Enjoy now or cellar for up to 18 months from vintage. Enjoy on its own or with a variety of seafood and creamy pasta dishes. Serve well chilled.

Purchased in 1972 by KWV, the wine estate boasts a beautiful Manor House, an Historic Wine Cellar, Guest House and Laborie Restaurant, in addition to the production of top quality wines and a brandy.
The restored and stately Manor House is set amid magnificently landscaped gardens. The house is one of the oldest and most important, architecturally speaking, in the Paarl region.
