Boekenhoutskloof Cap Maritime Chardonnay has an intense aromatic appeal. Notably elegant, well-balanced fruit. Minty nose and rich citrus on the palate but all the while delicate and vibrant.
Very much its own style - which is far from austere but there is nothing remotely fat or sweet
