Its aromas are reminiscent ofstrawberries and cherries, accompanied by Floralnoten. On the palate, this full-bodiedwine is very sweet and balanced with a long finish. The grapes were destemmed,selected and underwent a cold maceration before fermentation to extract optimum fruitand tannins. The temperature-controlled fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks. In order to give the wine richness and minerality, the wine was left on the leesweekly and was stirring up the yeast, the so-called batonnage.
