Tenuta Ulisse The brothers Antonio and Luigi Ulisse continue a legacy they have from their own personal relationships, which planted the first vines here in early 1900 to sell wine for local sale. Today, the Tenuta Ulisse vineyards cover 55 hectares around the villages of Crecchio and Lanciano inland and Ortona to the future. This affects the winery through a personal mosaic and terroirs, and each grape variety has optimal site conditions for them. If you can smell and taste the typical characteristics of the right Abruzzo grape varieties such as Pecorino, Trebbiano d'Abruzzo, Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, you won't lose an Ulisse! The selective manual harvest belongs in 10 kg containers, cooled by dry ice, the grapes are entitled to the winery. There they are selected again to listen to an absolutely healthy reading. The grapes for rosé and white wines are cooled closed from 3 minutes to -5 ° C by the nitrogen range. When the cell structure was broken up and the extraction was experienced, the intense, fascinating fresh-eating aroma of the wines was developed. The colorful labels of the ULISSE line were specially perceived by the artist Gino Masciarelli for the Ulisse wines and show the explosion of aromas that the wines sell.
