Le Contesse is a family-run winery at the foot of the hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene with its own vineyards and striving for high quality standards. The Bonotto family has been producing sparkling wines here since the early 1970s. For this purpose, Le Contesse's own yeasts are selected, cultivated and propagated. As a result, these wines have an incomparable freshness compared to the use of industrially produced yeasts, which lasts long after opening in the bottle. Many regional and international awards prove the very good quality of the products again and again.
