1. Delivery
Named delivery times are only approximately. Please notice: Wine strictly has to be received by people of full age. The buyer has to make sure that only people of full age (more than 18 Years old) receive the shipment. We are justified for part delivery, in case you do not decline this in your order. In case a product is not available any more, there is no claim for delivery.

There is a minimum order value of 75 €, but no minimum order quantity. Martin Baulmann reserves the property of all goods that are delivered by the company to the customer until the final and complete payment of the purchase price and possible dispatch costs was made. Until complete payment of the shipment a change of the delivery address has to be communicated unrequested in writing.
