The Ruyter’s Bin wines from South Africa are reminiscent of the Bremen wine merchant Ruyter, who had already switched to the import of overseas wines in the first decades of the last century - long before the "New World of Wine" made a name for itself in Europe. The wine lots selected by Ruyter from the producers were reserved for him and stored separately, in "Ruyter’s Bin". Today the wines of the Ruyter’s Bin series come from one of the most traditional wine producers in South Africa. These are excellently made varietal wines that brilliantly express the great potential of Cape viticulture - and at highly competitive prices.
