Born in 1994, Ànima Negra comes as a result of the symbiosis of the climate, the land and the indigenous varieties from the island of Mallorca. Ànima Negra’s inimitable wines are honest and distinctive and challenge the trend of producing impersonal wine. It is this premise, together with the aim of offering a product of the highest possible quality, which marks the day-to-day running at Ànima Negra. Situated in the southeast of Mallorca, the winery produces its wines in the old country estate of Son Burguera. The building date back to the 13th century. Natural farming is prioritised. The respect shown to the individual features of the soil and the cultivation of the indigenous varieties (Callet, Mantonegro, Fogoneu and Premsal Blanc) has formed the basis of our philosophy in the way we approach our viticulture and this is reflected in the wine itself.
