Jeremy ran a restaurant in Paris for many years with his wife Lauranne. After 20 years, the two were drawn to nature, out of the big city. Lauranne attended wine school and spent a year in Burgundy on the domain of Frédéric Cossard. After that, the two of them founded their own winery. They found an old one, which was completely abandoned, and started making wines without chemicals, but with a lot of love.
