- Other products of Famille Doublet From a great line of mariners, our family has been rooted in the vineyard of Bordeaux since the end of the 18th century and we have devoted ourselves to the culture of the vine and the wine. In the 1970s, Bernard and myself developed the vineyard to obtain Bordeaux and Entre-deux-Mers of highest quality. In 1987, looking for new flavors, we crossed the Garonne to invest in Beautiran in the North of the Graves area: the Chateau Tour de Calens reborn. From 1996, our children, Alexandre and Jean-Thomas joined the family business and added new impetus. This dynamic asserted itself even more in 2009, when we took again to the Dordogne River for the Saint-Emilion soil: a vineyard called Château Saint-Ange. Today, 'three doublets' (it is the heraldic name of the Dragonfly) bottles are present at the four corners of the world.
