Description:
The De Meye Rose is a fresh, juicy rosé with pronounced aromas of candied cherries, as well as floral hints. Very balanced, with a clean charm of citrus and strawberry with a hint of fresh spice and a rounded mouthfeel.
All grapes are harvested by hand. Later, the grapes are pressed using the gentle “whole bunch” process and then lie on the skins for two hours. Further refinement then takes place in a cooled stainless steel tank.
