Description:
The Groszer Wein Gemischte Satz - Rose is the refreshing result of a multi-culti vineyard located on the steep southern slopes of the Eisenberg as well as on the clayey soil of the Königsberg, where Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt and Merlot grow wildly but are harvested and vinified together.
The wine shines pink from the glass and smells of fresh herbs, full-bodied and compact on the palate, with lots of spice.
Crisp, wiry and acidic, it makes you want to take the next sip. The grapes were carefully harvested by hand and then fermented cool in stainless steel tanks to preserve as much freshness and spiciness as possible. Afterwards, the wine was allowed to rest on its lees and thus shows complexity, but is still light and buoyant.
