The Ripassa Zenato Valpolicella Superiore is the little brother of the Amarone but not so powerful. Expanding the Ripassa Zenato Valpolicella Superiore is for 24 months in French oak barrels, followed by a 6 months lasting bottle.
The resulting Ripassa della Valpolicella Superiore gets so much more volume, body, fullness and elegance.
Clearly this can be felt in the full-bodied Valpolicella Zenato Ripassa bouquet, aromas of ripe red fruits, the thick elegant spicy notes and the fantastic length on the palate.
