The Cantina Paladin Lupo Syrah:
Colour: intense ruby red with purple reflexes.
Bouquet: at first very intense and complex, then there’s a succession of fruit jam and spicy flavours coming together to create a great balance.
Taste: thanks to the ripening and the natural concentration Syrah Paladin is a wine of great structure and harmony. Soft but intense, shows a perfect balance between its sweet and acid components and the tannins; it smells of fruit jam and spices with an aftertaste of red fruits with a long pleasant finish.
