We at JanotsBos make real terroir wines, in which we express the ensemble of soil and climat optimally. Our wines are matured in French oak. We make sure the oak adds to the structure and finesse of the wine. The oak will however never dominate the wine, but will always be integrated subtly and delicately. We use French oak, both Allier and Vosges, with a light toasting. Dependent on the appellation we determine the type we are using. You'll find our style of wine making in all our wines. We strive for natural wines of the highest quality by avoiding additives and superfluous manipulations. It's a pure style, focussing on expressing the terroir. Each and every appellation we produce is different from the others. But the same style is always present.
